Everything that Empire got right this puppy got all wrong...at least based on the pilot since I had little interest in coming back for more, apparently neither does the audience. They gotta do something quick about this since it's providing no lean-in support for a far more promising show (yes gang scheduling still matters) ergo

ABC knows bat shit crazy and this one is bat shit crazy. The classic park your brain at the door show and the perfect show to watch before going back to work on Monday because, you know.....bat shit crazy....right?
